I created this site because i have a ton of people on ADPlist.com reach out to me about some sort of mentoring, interview and resume prep and hands-on projects to do in order to prepare and scale up in their careers. The number of requests has gotten too much so i decided to create something that works for everyone .

Projects
I have created a ton of projects across various fields that would allow you learn and challenge yourself . These projects contain real world challenges that senior and mid level engineers face on a daily across various aspects of their jobs. These projects allow you to utilize tools you haven't used before and allows you to discover new ways of solving problems. You can submit your projects and get reviews in the community as well as review other users projects
Live Group Sessions / Forum
I plan to host live classes to mentor people on various technologies and approaches. This would enable me to share what i consider best practices across various aspects of software and devops. This would also enable me to talk about trending topics and discuss how i feel about them. Users can share topics and technologies that they want me to talk about and share my own view on. users can use the forum to communicate and speak on various topics. I hope to share my 2 cent with you all.
Group Mentorship Goal
For users preparing for certifications and various smaller goals, you can use the groups created here to keep track of your goals and i would try my best to help you achieve it. There would be general preparation groups dedicated to certifications and jobs , but users can also create private groups dedicated to their own personal goals and invite their friends into the groups.
